Trajann's Khornate Guard

Description
NOTE: This mod is included in my Khorne Compilation, if you are subscribed to that mod you don't need to be subscribed to this one.

This mod adds a new unit to Skarbrand, the Daemon Prince, Valkia, and the undivided Chaos lords.

They're an elite unit of corrupted saurus, and act as the ultimate line holders. They're very similar to the Temple Guard they're based on, with a small bump in offensive power that you'd expect when aligning with Khorne. Additionally, these guys are daemonic, and will benefit from Bloodletter tech. I made them this way so that if you wanted to have a Daemonic army, you had an option for a defensive-orientated Daemonic infantry. These guys and Bloodletters compliment each other very well. The RoR version comes with a unique ability that doubles-down on making them an unbreakable wall.

For recruitment, Skarbrand and Daniel recruit them normally via buildings. For the WoC, an additional mod is required to enable recruitment from buildings. Once enabled, the units will appear in various buildings within Dark Fortresses. If you have no intent on playing WoC, you can disable the additional mod. The RoR is unlocked at level 26 for all factions.

Obviously this mod isn't lore friendly at all. If you take something like that super seriously, then maybe this isn't the mod for you. Me personally, I just thought it would be neat to create daemonic saurus, simple as that. Any feedback you have is greatly appreciated, as well as any issues you might find. I hope you enjoy!

it's...ok but I think I like what you have so far better, I'm still willing to commission a Chaos Lizardmen faction mod if you would make it. Let me know since I would love to have some fun with these badass modded units

Just looked at it, seems interesting. I wonder if these mods work together to flesh out a Chaos Lizardmen faction. If not would it be possible for you to make a compatibility patch to allow for recruitment of your modded lizard men units

It's something I've thought about, considering I've already brought most of the lizardmen beasts to the Khorne roster. However, there currently exists a chaos lizardmen mod, and while there isn't much content in it, the creators said that it's still being worked on. So I'm hesitant to make my own, as I don't want to step on the shoes of someone else's idea and hard work. So I'm waiting to see what happens with that mod before I commit to anything big for the lizardmen.
