A camera that has a chance to spawn when you kill someone and allows you to spectate their agony for a few seconds. Designed to work only in singleplayer. Requires CBA.

Features
  • Settings in CBA addon configuration (Click Options -> Addon Options -> Select 'Dynamic Kill Cam')
  • Slow motion
  • Slow motion sounds
  • Indoor angles
  • NVG mode for night time
  • Letterbox setting for even more cinematic shots
  • Visibility checks -- doesn't work all of the time, some shots can have the view obstructed

Compatibility
Works even better with SFX and physics impact mods. There is a compatibility issue with PIP scope mods. This is not signed as it's not intended for multiplayer.

@Highdock Those are great suggestions which I considered some adding them initially. However, I don't have the time to work on this since it would require quite a big update. Hey! I have a favor to ask, I really enjoy this mod because the concept is wonderful, reminds me of Skyrim and Fallout. Works beautifully with Aftermath. However, I am unable to configure it effectively without streamlined CBA values. Could you please allow us easier access into the configurations. I had some ideas; Custom sound (default is a little jarring), length adjustment of slow mo camera period, camera offset/camera location controls, guaranteed cam on headshot kills toggle etc etc.

With custom sounds it would find some fun niches and generate some good content, I wonder if you could just plug in the database that triggers tap into? Adding onto this, there could also be a custom audio stop for sounds that would otherwise overlap into normal game play, that would allow more options, especially with mods.

Hey, mod creator, ive found a problem, it works bad on dlc or mod units, camera postion is not good. And i change private _part = "spine" into private _part = "spine2", and i tried, then this mod worked well on dlc or mod units.

@2201 Thanks! Yes, I have, but this was inspired mostly by red dead redemption 2. I think there is a mod similar to that kind of camera, forgot what it's called.

@小肥龙 Do you have any mods that might interfere with the camera? This mod sets the camera height based on the character's stance and focuses it on their spine. It's also possible that there are map objects preventing it from spawning in the correct position, though it is uncommon.
