Random Prop Thrower

Description
Random Prop Thrower is a new gun that automatically throws random props (thanks tips)!

It adds a command in the console. The command is propLauncher_speed.
The command lets you choose the rate of fire that your prop launcher shoots.

For example, if you enter 'propLauncher_speed 0.3', that will bring it to default.
