Description
This is my survival map, so things are not perfect and usually not pretty. WATCH OUT FOR THE UNFINISHED LIGHT ARMOR BLOCKS CONNECTING THE GRINDING STRUCTURE TO THE MOTHERSHIP. I did this to cut down on some uranium use for right now.

The Speed is set to 1000 so be careful if you have a lower end PC.

I built a very large grinding structure that can fit any cargo ship that is spawned by default, other cargo ship mods will most likely fit as well. Depending on how you organize the ships you can get many ships in at once. There are multiple pistons to adjust the height of the platform, and you don't have to raise it all the way up to load it.

After the piston had been released, I put pistons on my welding/grinding ship so I could use a few of my welders to get into tight spots and not have to use several welding ships. Doing this helps cut down on inventory transfers and having to maintain several different ships for the same type of job. I have control groups for a large number of different welding configurations.

With the recent release of the USV (Unmanned Space Vehicle) blocks I have made a cargo drone to ferry materials from the Mothership or Grinding Platform to the Welding/Grinding Ship. This will prevent from having to move the Welding/Grinding ship from the worksite just to go get a few items that won't fit into the Engineer's inventory.
Now our Space Engineers can sit on their butt just like us and get fat.

Finally, I have a gravity miner way out yonder by the holey asteroid. The only feature that is mentionable compared to other miners is it has miners on the sides to help make straight holes, instead of holes that twist. Also, included are two refineries so the miner can refine its own uranium as it mines.

I have made an updated Gravity Miner. The new miner has a built-in projector for easy repairs, ability to be remotely controlled, a large gyroscope, four refineries, more cargo containers, and a larger mining head. I ditched the tapered side miners for a less complicated design. Now with upgrade modules and air support.

To Do List

- Add welding platform on the opposite side of the Grinding Platform so large ships/modules can be made from projectors.
- Make Grinding Platform larger to accommodate larger ship pieces. (the new mothership design is going to be massive but built as modules)
- Add Wuija's Recycle Sign to the Grinding Platform.
- Intergrate the Grinding Platform into the new mother ship design.
- Figure out why the map won't spawn new asteroids. Click here for solution!
- Find some of the player created creations on the map.

If you want to fix the "no/black thumbnail" bug, simply save the game, exit without saving, and reupload it to the workshop. For some reason, it only takes a screenshot for the thumbnail if you use the save button. It doesn't take one if you save on exiting the map.
