Industrial Overhaul - Water Mod Compatibility Fix

I actually stopped using this version and started to use our custom mod Propulsion Systems - Industrial Overhaul - PEP CO that adds a few types. We are also working on an overhaul of propulsion and energy systems.

So I realize you just doubled the thrust output but they still seem incredibly low compared to Atmo or H2 thrust. I have also noticed that there is a great variance in efficiency of thrust per energy. Large propeller uses 5MW at a 100kn/MW efficiency and Large ducted propeller uses 2.5MW at a 240kn/MW efficiency as an example. Also mine don't use any special IO components although I don't know that any of them would make sense other than maybe coper wire. Thoughts?

ahh i added a vent and it began floating i didnt know i needed it thx

depending on the weight the airtight opening needs to be bigger

you make a airtight opening with a vent (no connection needed) in it.

how do i make boats float

Removed Buoyancy tubes and Foam from being made. The original mod already removed the blocks they where used for anyways.
