Cities (more hp for residential)

This mod makes Residential building more durable (9000 hitpoints instead of 1000)
So now they can represent a city.

Purpose:
I had a feeling that this game can easily be played in a different scale with longer battles over the specific capturable control-points, such as cities. That's why they should be more thick and harder to destroy.

This mod is currently used in my map "Ukraine War"
