Blessings For All Lizardmen Units

This is a sub-mod for my port of TDKillen's Blessed Spawnings mod.

If you're like me, then you think that the Blessed Spawnings were a great idea on paper, but they had a few stumbling blocks. The first being the randomness with which you obtained them, making it difficult, if not impossible to build an army around them. The second issue was that not all of the Lizardmen base game units had Blessed versions and none of the DLC units had Blessed Spawnings.

I once had some notion of making Blessed versions of all the DLC units, but I've no clue how CA would react to such a thing and I doubt my modding skills are anywhere near the caliber that would be required. So, this mod basically cuts out the middle man, allowing the Blessing upgrades available exclusively to Blessed Spawnings to instead be given to regular Lizardmen units. The one exception is the Dread Saurian since that already has a rather unique series of upgrades via Obsidian's Lustria Rises mod.

A slight way to offset these rather potent Blessings is that they now cost gold to upgrade your units, with the normal Blessings costing 200 and the Greater Blessings costing 250.

I plan to add further submods for various unit mods for the Lizardmen, with the list currently being Lustria Rises, Singe's Lizardmen Unit Pack, and Landmark Spawnings.

As a final note, this sub-mod should probably go above the original in the load order.
