4. Aim vertically. Be sure to look through your binoculars. 

5. After adjusting the elevation angle, fix it with a magall and adjust the sights in the horizontal direction.

6. Release the safety device and fire at any timing.

-Also, ballistic computers are not perfect and are only accurate against targets at the same altitude as you. Enemies below or above you, or shots from moving vehicles will not hit accurately.
-The status of magalls and safety will not be shown unless tooltips are enabled. Please enable it from the setting screen. 
-Fixed with magall makes vertical aiming less responsive. Align the elevation angle and then fix it.
