Kislev economy balanced

Description
This mod is fairly easy, the Kislev economy is not in a great shape, they severely underperform compared to other races. This mod fixes that by completely reworking the farm income scaler.

The farm scaler now buffs the entire region, not just the province, meaning you want to stack them in regions.

The farm scaler has been buffed to max 80% bonus to precisely buff the Kislev economy to perfectly match the warhammer 3 standard.

Sorry for not making this mod sooner, I was simply never interested in Kislev up until the idea of making Ulrika a legendary lord came to mind.

Perfect mod for Kislev. Rewards investing in a province rather than individual settlements. Any chance you look at the market tree? Making the upgrades cheaper would be enough. ATM they have a 30 turn ROI at the higher tiers which makes them pointless.

Could you please improve the markets building tree? maybe change 100 income and 10% resource production per level? ending with 500 income and +50% production

are you sure it isn't working? that seems highly unlikely, unless they rework the kislev buildings as well

Is there an ideal spot for this mod to be loaded in or could anything specific conflict with it do you think or does it require a new save? As it doesn't appear to be working for me personally but i do have a few mods unfortunately :)
