LNER A1 "Flying Scotsman" - 4472

This is a recreation of the famous Flying Scotsmman[en.wikipedia.org] steam locomotive done in its LNER Apple Green livery. It was the first locomotive recorded to reach the speed of 100mph but sadly due to Stormworks limitations that is not possible. Startup:
  1. Ignite Firebox (Keep on)
  2. Turn Main Air Valve
  3. Wait for boiler temp to rise
  4. Piston throttle set to 0.4
  5. Lower brakes
  6. Regulator Up
  7. Reverser Up
Do not forget! Steam injector must be managed to keep water in the boiler.


Specifications:
  • Steam Chest Pressure: Displays steam pressure of steam wheel pistons (Spawns at -997, until you allow regulator)
  • Steam Injector Gauge: Shows the steam pressure of the steam powered injector pump.
  • Steam Injector: Allows water to fill the boiler, steam pistons must be running (Keep boiler water around red line, Runs best when not full)
  • Cylinder C0cks: Should be drained (Set to 1) before moving, Changes steam from coming out by wheels (0 on throttle) when regulator applied to coming out smoke stack (1 on throttle) when regulator applied.
  • Pistons: Steam powered generator, powers pumps, etc. Most efficient at 0.4 throttle
  • Brakes: Brakes of the locomotive, Spawns at 1
  • Tender Brakes: Turn crank to raise/lower the brake pressure for the tender
  • Regulator: Controls steam flow to the reverser & in turn wheels
  • Reverser: Throttle of the locomotive, Runs best at around 0.65 (Only when boiler at 160 degrees)
  • Crank: (Located at end of steam wheels under cab) Moves train forwards or backwards when button 2 blocks above clicked
  • Whistle: Turn the valve above firebox for whistle.
  • Pressure Overflow: Once boiler reached 9 pressure it will gradually start releasing, if it reaches 9.8 a high pitched whistle will start going off, this means the overflow is full, If your pressure is still increasing find a way to let more steam out or turn off firebox.
  • Radio: Radio to contact anyone within a 20km radius on any frequency
  • Tender Water: To fill the tender with water you must turn the labelled valve in the cab and operate the manual pump

@smyg_fis007 Yeah the loco currently requires you to consistently manually pump water into the boiler, the gases update caused this to happen. I do plan to fix it just haven't gotten around to it yet

i got to work after manualy pumping steam injecttion to 55 and closing the regulator. I might just not know how to uise these

Hi, Looks awesome but i can't get it to inject steam without pumping
