What if Rebels stole Combine Soldiers armor?

Features the following NPCs:
Rebelbine, Rebels with stolen Combine armor
Rebelbine Engineer, Engineer version of the Rebelbine
Borealis workers (they have random skins and bodygroups)
Borealis workers(Hostile), Borealis workers but they are loyal to the Combine
Spec Ops Rebel
Veteran Rebel
Masked Rebel
Gasmask Rebel
Gasmask Citizen (so dark and gritty)
Conscript (Friendly and Hostile)
Raider (From Evacuation)
Camo Rebels

Resistance Combine Soldiers (Regular, shotgunner, elite, police, elite police and beta.)
-Resistance cops use beta voicelines and have a chance of spawning with glowing eyes
-Other combine soldiers feature talking with allies too

Rebel Sniper(Features a modified version of the combine sniper weapon)
Bloody rebels (armed and weaponless versions)

I decided to finish this addon and the Combine expanded one too. I want to focus on other stuff and i'm pretty busy with my life lately. I'll probably update it again but only to fix bugs
