Proper 4K UI Project

Something I've been working on after finding no satisfiable solution to playing Stellaris on a 4K monitor. Includes UI elements from various different mods that I enjoyed playing with and consider to be essential QOL improvements.

The sole purpose of this mod is to eliminate the blurred graphics elements and poor text legibility that the game's scaling option and all other existing methods (scale_ui, Stellaris HD, windows "hacks") introduce when scaling the game for playing at 2160p. All of the game's graphics (UI, event pictures, etc.) have been upscaled and then downsampled to 1750p (I found this resolution to be a good middle-ground between screen real estate and readability) to make it look as sharp as playing on 1080p at 1.0 scale... Most things actually look even sharper :P

• Upscaled - rather than being scaled-up - GFX assets in order to get rid of the blur Stellaris' built-in scaling option and other mods introduce.
  
  
• UI Overhaul Dynamic, UI Overhaul - Extended Topbar, UI Overhaul Leaders, Full Tiny Outliner, and UI Visuals by Ludoal are integrated in the mod
  
  
• Bigger and brighter font
  
  
• Ironman Compatible

- Any mod that somehow changes GFX/.gui files will likely be incompatible as they need to be scaled as well

- Game's scaling option should be set to 1.0(!)

- Will continue to bet updated and changed based on feedback
