Vanilla Tropical Theme

A Vanilla Tropical theme made with the theme editor with the goals of cleaning up the fog during the day and night while allowing for fog to roll in for cinematic sunrise and sunset. This means bright, clear days and clear moonlit nights. The theme also trys to reduce texture tiling without making things look too pixelated and tweaks were also made to the latitude and longitude to reduce shadow wiggling for those for whom which this is a problem.
