Medical officers are truly the unsung heroes of war. Many may not fire a single shot, but they're the reasons why soldiers are able to continue firing. Ratchet knows his role in the war and performs to the best of his abilities, abilities that have, on occasion, even saved Optimus Prime's life. He hopes that despite his shortcomings in fighting, it'll be enough to keep his fellow troops going.

I know this game was made on the cheap overseas, but something as big as an MMO shooter under the Transformers brand on PC by one of the biggest Chinese game developers would yield models with more fidelity... oh well, beggars can't be choosers.
