Fix: Light effect changes for darkness shader gameplay

This collection contains modifications to enhance your gameplay experience in dark environments achieved through Shader modifications (as seen in the forum post with a small how-to) or by sun-less environments like the pitch black skybox (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=297279598).
