[AMBIENCE] Cinematic Backgrounds

Description
|||READ BEFORE DOWNLOAD|||

This is a companion mod to my Cinematic Backgrounds mod that replaces the default main menu music with audio more fitting to said mod. You are free to download this mod on its own, but it may not make as much sense without its parent mod.

This mod replaces the default main menu music of Left 4 Dead 2 with ambient, diegetic audio and sound effects that match the environment in the video.

If you wish to have this audio at the start of the game instead of waiting for your workshop addons to install, you can go into this mod's location within the workshop folder after installation (...steamapps/common/Left 4 Dead 2/left4dead2/addons/workshop) and simply drag and drop "2999730759.vpk" into the previous "addons" folder.

NOTE: This mod will conflict with the other companion sound mods to Cinematic Backgrounds mod, and so it is heavily recommended that you only have one of these mods installed at a time.

I managed to fix it... The bit rate was too high. Turns out audacity has default export settings. Looked up a guide which told me to give it 256kbps but that made the loop even shorter xD
So 128kbps turn out to be perfect.

Would it be ok if i uploaded ambience + music version's of your mod, with credit to you of course!
I'm really enjoying your menu and the ambience.

They are the same name and length, I have waited many loops and the early cut is consistent for me. Roughly around the 1 minute mark so it misses around 30 - 40 seconds for each menu piece. omega confuzzled :sadMio:

If the names of the files are the exact same and the length of the music file youre trying to replace is the exact same, it should work and loop just fine. Sometimes the loops cut early because of other mods loading in, but that should only happen once, and it should be smooth sailing from there. I'm not really sure how to avoid that though since the menus use different sound files from any other sound in the game for some reason.

I'm trying to add silent hill music to this ambience but the in game loop seems shorter than the audio file, I've tried cross referencing file times with your ambience and music mod just to check but they are exactly the same. Any idea on how to fix waltz?
