Description
Bubbles, one of the protagonists of the animated series "The Powerpuff Girls", as she enters the Fraymakers game, Bubbles brings with her optimistic attitude and extraordinary abilities. As one of the Powerpuff Girls, she possesses incredible strength, flight and sonic scream


☆☆☆☆☆About the character☆☆☆☆☆☆
-SFX in all her abilities (inspired by PPG and MUGEN)

-This character can float, stun and is easy to handle.

-Due to its low graphics, this character only contains 1 colour palette, if I can fix it, there will be more palettes



☆☆☆☆☆MOVES☆☆☆☆☆☆

-Sound Scream (Special side): Bubbles can emit a powerful sound scream, stunning enemies

-Laser Vision (Neutral Special): She can shoot powerful red laser beams from her eyes.


-Electric Beam(Special Down): Bubbles launches an electric beam at the enemy
