I hate to state the obvious, as I don't want to sound like I'm being mean to someone who could potentially still be a kid, but have you tried the usual troubleshooting techniques to get it to work? i.e. making sure you've researched all the required components if you're playing the classic career mode, unsubbing and resubbing to the addon, reloading the game, making sure complex vehicles with lots of physics objects aren't nearby when spawning it in via the workbench and making sure you disable any weird mods that could be causing issues 'etc'?
The biggest culprits were those new liquid relief valves that replaced the now deprecated fluid filters, it turns out that they actually reduce the flow rate quite significantly and that needed to be taken into account during the rework of the fluid system.
You won't get the crazy fast refining speeds that you would have prior to the space and compressed gasses update but it still works pretty damn well.
* Fix - #18543 Centred oil rig base workbench
Sadly this has resulted in the original Alwent South Lite being moved by several blocks, making it no longer align with the original rig structure and cause some of the helipad to spawn out of bounds when moved to the correct position.
Thankfully it only took about an hour to move things around and sort it out but it most likely means you'll have to respawn the Alwent South Lite from scratch if you want everything to fit correctly again.
