@jyau Its possible it is the material as you said im pretty sure I set the armor to use a different material than stormtrooper armor which could be were the problem is.
Originaly I had intended only the helmets to be better than ST armor but I think I eventually changed the material type so it was potentially better with trade offs. I also think it was classified as heavy armor but I don't think that has an effect that would matter.
I tried changing the values but the stealth seemed hard-coded, maybe it's due to the material?
