I'm guessing the entities are loaded before mods are loaded and that's when it checks for the paradox account sign-in.

bug report: when I place banners, they have the international mars mission badge on them, although I use the paradox badge

Updated, you may need to disable/enable the mod (and restart game to make sure it takes).
