Tri-Steel Armor Rebalance

Description
This mod rebalance Evan's Tri-Steel Armor mod and therefore requires that mod to work.

Comparizon
Comparison of 1x1 Steel vs Evan's Tri-steel vs Enderluck's Tri-steel armor.
  • Max Health: 4,000 vs 40,000 vs 10,000.
  • Total Penetration Resistance: 7 (+6) vs 14 (+13) vs 14 (+13).
  • Weight: 3 vs 3 vs 4,13.
  • Cost: $200 vs $1,250 vs $900.

I also made some modifications in the English translation, and I added a Spanish translation.

i think the whole deal is tis better then regular armor in every way just alot more pricey

Am I correct in thinking this makes tri-steel armor lighter than standard armor?
