After the little VSync update that MDickie did now for me the game loads all the mods super slow, like it takes 10-15 minutes to load the actual game (and I didn't install any new mods before this and it didn't take as long before) and then everything else takes way longer like going to the editor, saving the game, or going to a match. I don't know if this is because this is outdated or if the update ruined something or maybe my PC is cooked but I just thought I would mention this

It stopped occurring. It was odd, it mentioned this, the court cases mod, and the no missions mod. I restarted a few times and it kept disabling those three. Tried it again and everything's back to normal.

Disabled how? Does it not show up in the list on the right side of the mod launcher? Anyways, it might be mod launcher issue or steam itself might be having a hiccup, nothing to do with the mod itself.

So...what's going on with this now? When I try to play the game, it tells me on the launcher that this mod is disabled.

However, even if someone takes over, it's pretty much impossible to fix something if you don't even know what the problem is or where it comes from. I would need more details, like a full error message.

I appreicate your efforts in helping, but I don't think the problem will be fully rectified until this is updated, if ever. If the person who made it is no longer doing it, then they should hand it off to someone who can keep it up to date.

I'm not tech savvy so I don't know what a Task Manager is or how to access it. What i do know is that the preloader states that the version of WECCL and the game is incompatible and will cause issues. WECCL hasn't been updated in 3 months which is about the last time I've been able to play without issues, so I can only assume that WECCL not being up to date is the issue for me and just about every other person who's been complaining.

It's very hard to tell what is causing the problem without the full error message. Before you open the game, can you open the task manager? Then, while the game is loading, keep an eye on your RAM usage. If it hits 100%, then it means the game can't handle that many custom assets and that's why it crashes.

I'm not sure how to screenshot on this particular laptop but it's an error regarding Unity or something like that
