At the beginning of the timeline of the story of the Zemplix, we, surprisingly, don't have any Zemplix. We do, however, have the Semplissk, know by many as simply "Wrapping Paper". The Zemplix as we know them only came into existence after a mysterious species known as the Krzgon captured a few Semplissk with the intent of turning them into their servants. The Semplissk, to the Krzgon's mild surprise, agreed. But they had a plan: they would let the Krzgon upload their minds into the bodies of the Zemplix, but then kill them before they could rewire their minds to act as servants for them. They did just that. This is literally the only time a Zemplix has attacked, let alone wiped out another space-faring race. They likely will never do it again.
