- Executioner has cooldowns. Manage them, or you will find yourself in precarious situations.
- Executioner can struggle in face to face situations, so try to avoid those.
- Don't miss.
- Have fun.

Pretty overwhelmingly overpowered. Even against other ridiculous top tiers, genuinely uninteresting design. Mary Sue fighter.
The fact that you won't describe their mechanics tells me you wanted to make something ludicrously overpowered, and, congratulations, I guess?
At least people have fun with them, that's all that matters.
