Swat 4 M4 Carbine for M16

Description
This mod contains a replacement for the vanilla M16 using the M4 Carbine from Swat 4, the mod uses the default animations from l4d2 and simply swaps the model. There is an accompanying sound mod that will be linked in the required addons section.
