Windy Valley from the hit 1998 game Sonic Adventure for the Sega Dreamcast!

In Aether Mode the stage has 2 forms it alternates between based on how a player dies:
A player dying off the top blastzone from the bottom level will transition to top level and vice versa!

Sonic the Hedgehog and Windy Valley are property of SEGA, Sonic Team
