More Crew Quarters Rebalance

Description
This mod rebalances Kurim's Crew Quarters mod and therefore requires that mod to work.

Changes
  • Increased cost of Quad Bunk: 1600 -> 1800 (64 -> 72 steel).
  • Changed cost of Dormitory: 2700 -> 2650 (90 -> 108 steel, 2 -> 0 tri-steel).
  • Barracks were removed (as now they are a vanilla structure).
  • Increased cost of Residence: 4800 -> 5200 (144 -> 160 steel).
  • Residence is now considered a tall structure.
  • Reduced speed factor of Dormitory, Residence: 55%, 65%, and 75% -> 50%.
  • Increased congested speed factor of Residence: 30% -> 40%.
  • Added a Spanish translation.

The speed at which crew can walk.
