Generic Exile Improvement

The idea here is to make exile more fun for any country in a democratic faction. Giving you the sort of Tito/Slovak/Polish resistance experience a bit more. A fun gimmicky way to play the game, what I had wanted when La Resistance released but unfortunately didn't get.

Everything listed below is only available if you currently have legitimacy (which means capitulated in a democratic faction)


A decision that adds weekly manpower at the standard +700 that Poland/Baltic states get but at the cost of 0.5 PP daily and requires refreshing every 112 days (divisible by 7)

Another decision that makes partisan activity extremely powerful at pretty heft costs, especially for a government in exile. It might still be too strong so feel free to give feedback.

A continuous focus that provides 11 factories while it is on and a 50% cut to lacking resource penalty (8 civi/3 Mili).

New on map decisions for increasing resistance/garrison damage
A decision for working closely with partisans to captures large quantities of enemy equipment. (Requires Organized Resistance Effort to be active)

A decision that increases equipment capture rate by working closely with partisans. (Requires Organized Resistance Effort to be active)

A new operation based on the Warsaw Uprising so you can choose the best moment to rebel. (Requires Organized Resistance Effort to be active)

Operation to liberate one state. Still deciding how I'll have it work.

I'm open to suggestions, anything to make exiles more fun especially since certain countries with great resistance movements are poorly represented and alternate history adds to the replay-ability of the game.

I edited the Exile Decisions file and Continuous Focus files. So as long as the mod doesn't touch those it should be compatible with this mod.
