Description
!Important Changes!
  • Updated for Patch 6.0.

Newest Addition:
  • Added the Encampment Mechanic in the form of a a sub-mod. Load after main-mod.
  • English Localisation load before main mod.
  • Individual Unit Upgrades:
    1. Adds the scrap system from the greenskins(Thanks to Dirty Dan)
    2. You can now purchase permanent upgrades for your units with armaments and income(gold)
      • Just click on the unit card and then the arrow that shows up above.

Core features:
Labour:
  1. Adds the labour mechanic from the chaos dwarfs for Cathay including raw materials and armaments.
  2. Adds the Mine, Factory and Refinery from the chaos dwarfs but with tier 4 and 5 added.
  3. Adds the Trade Emporium, Armoury and Drafting Station
    • Trade Emporium works like the refinery but with armaments(Up to tier 5)
    • Armoury provides increased melee and missile strength when supplied with armaments(Up to tier 5)
    • Drafting station costs income(gold) and provides labour(Up to tier 5)
  4. Adds labour actions for provinces
    • The 3 actions you know from the chaos dwarfs with their upgrades tied to the technology tree
    • 2 additional custom actions either increasing the local replenishment rate or local recruitment with upgraded versions as well
  5. All buildings now cost either raw materials or armaments in addition to income(gold)

Court of the Dragon Emperor:
  1. Adds the Tower of Zharr from the chaos dwarfs(Based on rhox court of the phoenix for the high elves)
  2. You can gain the favour of the dragon emperor from certain buildings to claim seats in the court to unlock powerful bonuses or confederate others

Global Harmony:
  1. Brings back the old harmony system(thanks to rhox)
  2. Buildings from Tier 1 to 3 won't affect the factionwide(global) harmony
  3. Only Tier 4 and 5 buildings affect both province and faction harmony
  4. Provincewide harmony remains as well

Battle Harmony(Buff):
  1. Significantly buffs the battle harmony system by providing vastly more powerful stats

Matters of State:
  1. Increases the maximum amount of tokens and reduces the time to regain them to 1 turn each
  2. Allows for a wider range of targets for certain actions which will be reflected in the tooltips

Yuan Bo relocated:
  1. He now starts in central cathay instead of lustria and his relay stations are at the same location where they were in the chaos campaign
  2. Gives him the bastion threat ui element

Additional changes:
  • Increases the health of Walls and Gates by 2x
  • Reduces the cost for deployables during sieges
  • Removes the penalty for too many trade partners
  • Increases the unit count for peasant spearman and archers while reducing their cost

Future plans:
  • Balancing(Feel free to share your ideas)
  • Changes to the bonuses in the Court of the Dragon Emperor

Known issues:
  • Conclave influence showing in the resource bar since it is tied to the same ui element as labour, raw materials and armaments(I might add a use for it in the future but I currently have no good ideas)
  • Global Harmony system from rhox clashed with some other mods I use which is why I needed to rename variables, functions etc. and resulted in the implementation of his mod(Will be deleted if the author demands it)
  • Raiding might or might not give labour(Only implemented the script for it and I haven't tested if it works)
  • Some custom descriptions are currently only localised in german. They don't contain any mandatory texts though, meaning you should be able to use everything without needing to read them.
  • Fortress City and Commercial District show the old tooltip but they can target any tier 3 walled city that belongs to a cathay faction because I needed to create my own target requirements and I didn't change the tooltip for it yet.

Compatibility:
  • Works with the mods listed under required(obviously) and implemets my changes to them as well
  • Works with most other mods but some things could collide/be overwritten
  • Is not compatible with Factionwide Resource Bonuses enhanced since he changes a variable associated with how labour loss works
  • Mods that will add buildings to cathay won't cost raw materials or armanets
  • Mods that change the cost of existing buildings or at what tier you can build them for cathay will cause those buildings to not have additional costs since those changes are all in the same data table.

@Tombs_King I intend to release a standalone version but I first want to refine a lot of the bonuses it provides and adjust the overall balance of this mod. Meaning it will probably be a bit of a wait

@It's MYGO!!!!! Currently they are(Besides the ones that have [Optional] at the start of their name). Some time in the future I'll offer seperate compatibility patches which would allow this mod to run as a standalone but I can't give a timeline on when this is going to happen as of now.

Yeah, it was a "my bad." IDK what it was, I had pretty much mixer+UI stuff.

Crashes. But if it works on your end, that means I haven't culled the modlist sufficiently. Strange, I thought I left only non-intrusive stuff. BRB, gonna test again.

@Judoboy Theoretically it would be. However the process is quite tedious and I would need to make changes to a lot of the bonuses provided since they depend on other parts of this mod. Maintaining it though would be the biggest hassle. I might consider it for the future but don't expect anything soon
