(DX11) Vas's Solar Panel Rebalance

Description
InGameDesc: (Now DX11) This mod balances solar panels, changes their textures, and includes those from other mods (with permission). Updated: 12/19/15 @ 6:38PM Central

NOW supports DX11. Kinda. Somehow they ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up my reflectiveness but whatever, stop whining about black textures now!

Note 2: OncaLupe appears to have me blocked for some unknown reason. He did make the 1x1s and the dish for this mod when I asked, and also provides the 1x1s (link at bottom) on his own workshop, but because he for some reason blocked me without telling me why, or anything. I am removing him from the contributor list until we can figure out what happened. I've never done anything wrong so I don't understand what happened...

In this mod, I have balanced several other solar panel mods as well as the default solar panels. Let me explain all the changes below. Please rate my mod! (NOTE: Solar panels produce 80% efficiency at a range of 1.7AU from the sun, asteroid belt range.)

Recommended Mods:

1. I have made Solar Cells 8 times cheaper, 8 times lighter, 8 times smaller (volume), and produce 8 times faster.
2. I have made all solar panels, even those from other mods, take 8 times more solar cells.

What was the point of that you ask? Well it's simple. Before, you had a 50m² sized solar panel that took 64 solar cells. Now how the hell do you fit 64 in that area? That's too little? Or, the cells are massive in size, much larger than any solar cell we produce here on earth (Tend to be between 3x6" to 7x7" largest I've seen).

3. I have lowered solar constant to what you would find in the asteroid belt, closest to the sun. About 1.7 AU away, and solar panels are 80% efficient so you lose 20% of the energy the sun is giving you out here.

So, lets get down to the new energy outputs shall we? I'll go from largest solar panel to smallest. (Rounded down values, nearest tenth)
Large Ship;
Small Dish; 525.69kw down to 83.55 kilowatts. (OncaLupe's Model Work)
8x4 panel; 480kw down to 76.29 kilowatts. (WingTsunLee's Model Work)
4x2 panel; 120kw down to 19.07 kilowatts. (Game Core)
4x1 panel; 60kw down to 9.53 kilowatts. (Eikester's Model Work)
2x1 panel; 30kw down to 4.76 kilowatts. (Eikester's Model Work)
1x1 panel; 15kw down to 2.38 kilowatts. (Eikester's Model Work)
1x1 plate; 15kw down to 2.38 kilowatts. (OncaLupe's Model Work)
1x1 corner plate; 7.5kw down to 1.19 kilowatts. (OncaLupe's Model Work)
Small Ship;
Small Dish; 96.36kw down to 15.31 kilowatts. (OncaLupe's Model Work)
10x5 panel; 30kw down to 4.76 kilowatts. (Game Core)
8x2 panel; 9.6kw down to 1.52 kilowatts. (Eikester's Model Work)
4x2 panel; 4.8kw down to 762.92 watts. (Eikester's Model Work)
2x2 panel; 2.4kw down to 381.46 watts. (Eikester's Model Work)
1x1 plate; 600w down to 95.36 watts. (OncaLupe's Model Work)
1x1 corner plate; 300w down to 47.68 watts. (OncaLupe's Model Work)

4. I have tweaked all solar panels to no longer use large tubes, but instead use small tubes. I mean really, why do we need massive tubes for small amounts of power? :P Tubes protect the wires and all.
5. I have changed some slight values here and there on the costs of solar panels, some build times and such.

There are 3 different mods in this mod, with permission from the owners.

This mod was last updated 10 years ago. If someone wanted to make a new version, they could have. The models are all just flat squares. I no longer have a modeler who can update things for me. I can't get the textures to look nice anymore as I'd need a texture artist as well. Mostly all I did was do the math to re-calculate the game's solar panels to be more accurate.

If you're using 10 year old save files, you should have known you'd have lots of issues.

Furthermore, the links are all there to see who made the parts that are in my mod. You want to continue their work, go to their profiles to ask for it.

I'm saying that you've screwed us, friend (your mod doesn't work).
If you've abandoned your mod, then pass it on to others, and give us a link to it so that we can continue using the mod.

Any what?

No, there's no updates to this, and I won't be updating it. I don't have modders to help me update it.

@Vas Looking forward to seeing what you do with a rebuild on this, was one of my mainstay mods for the longest time
