Si solo el sonido mp5 es erróneo, entonces es porque el sonido mp5 es de 44k1 hz, escribe snd_rebuildaudiocache, entonces debería solucionarse.

L4D2 is an old game, so it make sense that it cant handle too many HD models. Are there any high quality mods you installed?
