A new 'Search for Tutor' decision has been added

You will be presented with two options to choose from
There is a random chance you will receive an additional excellent option to hire, and that chance is determined by having the scholar trait and your legacy score (combined rank of your dynasty + piety + main title + prestige).

The AI now chooses better educators

The weights used for the AI to determine who will educate their child now mirrors their effectiveness as an educator
The educate child frequency was improved (cooldown 24 > 6 months)

Increases the ward limit dynamically

The traits 'scholar' and 'patient' each increase the ward limit by 2 (up to a maximum of 6).

Miscellaneous Changes

Court Tutors with 'Good' and 'Excellent' aptitude improve their employer's Lifestyle XP gain by 5/10% respectively.
A court tutor's aptitude now reflects their effectiveness as an educator
