Lamia Overhaul Attempt

- resprite lamias, now they've got mobile ears that display emotions.
- adds custom status effect for species that changes how they are played**
- modifies and adds crewmember capability to already present lamia tenants
- adds new evil scientist tenant who wears a special lamia lab coat and is hireable. This tenant is attracted by durasteel furniture and apex lab furniture at the same time.
- adds some new cosmetic armors, removed the less finished ones from character creation and NPCs
- replaces ship with a variant of S.T. Stumpy because I didn't like the default one.
- more informetion is found in a codex in the lamia ship locker
- Lamia protectorate uniform sleeve now spawns in the locker.***
- other stuff not worth mentioning.

**Status effect makes the game more difficult, but I was still able to beat Slightly Painful Erchius Mission solo with it, so it should still be playable through the rest of the game. More information on this effect is on a codex in lamia species ship locker.

***If you want to add your own custom species uniform pieces to the locker, use this as a base. It makes sure the locker will not overwrite.
