My edit of Becca Woolett from Resident Evil: Resistance.

Features:
- New vgui.
- TLS bones.
- Uses Bill's eye materials.
- Subtle makeup and freckles.
- Added jiggleboned attachments.
- Reworked materials and jigglebones.
- Removed lods, bracelets and unused materials.
- Mod a mod system: materials/models/survivors/becca/skins.
