I'm dealing with an issue where it appears that all of the UK's banks are all making construction sectors, all of these construction sectors are causing for some reason my normal construction sectors to only be focused on private sector as well (LF economy). Is this normal? Is there any way to recover from having 0 public construction remaining?

Is there any way to change the starting Ottoman private bank location from Dobrudja to Eastern Thrace? The company file shows the preferred state to be Eastern Thrace so I assume the HQ being in Dobrudja is unintended.

hey for some reason my private industry in general likes to build railroads aka trains non stop. Is that supposed to happen? it practically refuses to build anything else and its rather unproductive and a waste. i think it has more with the Economic and Financial Mod because in the past when i used only the Tech & Res mod i never had this issue considering im using the compact for both mods.
