Sensor Array Variant - Pulsed

Adds a variant of the Sensor Array without modifying the original, with only these differences :
- Unlike Sensor Array, only starts working at full battery, works for 2 seconds, then needs a refill. This all happens automatically.
- Has 300% visual and radar range.

Balanced for base game.
Must be unlocked.

Not very suitable for combat due to the low uptime and higher overall battery consumption, this variant nevertheless can help you locate threats or targets much earlier. Also has an old-school/submarine radar vibe to it.

-The pulse UI icon is borrowed from a thruster. Ideally it doesn't even need to show up but I haven't found a way around that yet. I think I found a way to at least replace it with something better, will try that soon.
