Machine World Audio Reduction [latest]

Made by user request based on my other mod Hive World Audio Reduction. This simple mod reduces the base volume of the sound effects that play when selecting a machine world.

Unlike most of my mods, this one does not even change the game's checksum when active, so it is ironman compatible.
