Panzerjäger Tiger (P) Ferdinand [Germany] (UNLISTED DUE TO COPYRIGHT ISSUES)

Description
Panzerjäger Tiger (P) Ferdinand (also known as Elefant) was a German heavy tank destroyer that was based on a chassis of the rejected Tiger tank prototype by Ferdinand Porsche. It was designed to engage enemy tanks from long distances and, as such, featured thick frontal armor and a long barreled 88mm PaK 43 anti-tank gun that was optimized for long distance engagements against Soviet tanks.

Ferdinand first saw combat during the Battle of Kursk, which was also the only operation where a large number of them (all 89 of produced vehicles) was present at the same time. Units equipped with Ferdinands suffered heavy losses due to mechanical unreliability and mine damage, but the remaining SPGs proved to be formiddable opponents to Soviet tanks when given the chance, with just the 653rd Heavy Panzerjäger Battalion (that was present along with 654th Battalion that was also equipped with Ferdinands) claiming over 320 tank kills for 13 lost Ferdinands over the course of the battle.

The surviving Ferdinands were used in smaller scale operations in 1943 until they were recalled for update, which included: a ball mounted MG 34 in the hull, a new commander's cupola, redesigned armored engine grates and application of Zimmerit anti-magnetic mine paste. After this point, upgraded Ferdinands (later renamed to Elefant) were used in Italy against Allies on the Western Front, before being transferred to the East once again, where it was used in the Battle of Tarnopol in Ukraine, Vistula-Oder offensive in Poland, and then during engagements at Zossen during the Battle of Berlin.

Features:
  • Slow and well protected heavy tank destroyer that doesn't suffer from its real counterpart's problems
  • Ferdinand and Elefant, both standard and winter variants (Elefant has a hull mounted machine gun, other differences are cosmetic)
  • 6-men crew (driver, gunner, commander, 2 loaders that don't do anything and a radio operator that is either doing nothing in case of Ferdinand or operates a machine gun in case of Elefant)
  • 88mm PaK 43 gun (20 AP/13 HE/5 Smoke) and (Elefant only) 7.92mm 50-round MG34 (600 rounds)

In the new update of the game, where they changed the driving, the ferdinand works very badly

А как это исправить?

Прикольный танк. Единственная проблема, которую я заметил, связана с командирским прибором наблюдения, прицельная сетка не поспевает за движением. У меня была такая же проблема с Тигром, которую я смог исправить в ИСе.
