Rural Ecumenopolis Districts

Description
Stellaris Version: 4.0

Overview
This mod re-adds basic resource districts and basic resource support zones to your Ecumenopolis. Additionally, it adds colony designations which can be can be used with planetary automation. Planetary automation is current not working, will be updated at a later time.

I don't plan to actively update this mod, but will try to keep it updated with Stellaris. For a more balanced mod which I am actively updating, check out More Specialized Zones.

Districts

Generator
  • Uncapped Generator Districts
  • 200 Technician Jobs per District
  • Energy Zone adds 300 more Technician Jobs per District
  • Allows all Zones Accepted by Generator Districts

Farming
  • Uncapped Farming Districts
  • 200 Farmer Jobs per District
  • Farming Zone adds 300 more Farmer Jobs per District
  • Allows all Zones Accepted by Farming Districts

Mining
  • Uncapped Mining Districts
  • 200 Miner Jobs per District
  • Mining Zone adds 300 more Miner Jobs per District
  • Allows all Zones Accepted by Mining Districts

Designations

Allows the rural designations for Ecumenopoli which act as the normal ones do. Once planetary automation is fixed, I plan to update this mod to handle that.

Requirements

No requirements!

Compatibility

This mod needs to overwrite some vanilla files to work properly. Mods which modify the Ecumenoplis districts, inline scripts for adding rural zone jobs, or the rural planetary designations might conflict with this mod.

Mod has been updated for Stellaris 4.0 by re-adding the basic resource districts as uncapped districts to Ecumenopoli.

It was brought my attention that some people may want this mod as a simpler option to just re-add the rural districts to Ecumenopoli which is something I didn't think of at the time. Since it's a pretty simple change, I'll update this mod later today so it will be compatible with the newest version.

I merged this mod into my other ecumenopolis mod, More Specialized Zones, which you can find a link to in the description or here . This mod will be kept up for legacy purposes, but will not be updated or maintained.

Hey all, just wanted to say that the mod is not abandoned. Once I fully check out the changes to ecumenopoli, I'll be updating it. Considering what I know of the update, I may merge my two ecumenopoli mods into one, but I'll post more about that if so.

Farming districts on an Ecumenopolis are probably large rooftop gardens lol
