A Better Ice Witch

This takes the generic Ice Witch lord and adds 4 skills that give you some options to make her a little more in line with the new DLC lords. The skills are unlocked at level 12 and picking one set will lock the other set (so no general can get both). Tried to make these non overpowered and not overshadowing legendary lords.

Each require two points to get the full effect:
Motherlands Daugher (Tied to Legacy of the Khan-Queens)
-Corruption -4 (local province)
-Chance of Winds of Magic increasing in strength when changing +10% (local province)

Legacy of the Khan-Queens
-Winds of Magic power reserve :+5 per turn (in own territory)
-Winds of Magic power reserve capacity: +15 (in own territory)

Student of Mishka
-Research rate +10%
-Cooldown: -15% to all spells

Cloaked in Power
-Ward save 5% (self and allies 25m range)
-Ward save 5% (lords army)
