Description
The Aspirant

An Unique Generalist Psionic Soldier Class, not only capable of utilizing both a Sniper Rifle and a Shotgun with Devastating Prowess, The Aspirant also commands unique Psionic Powers. All The Aspirant's Innate Psionic Abilities Consume the Stored Power in the Aspirant's Focus Pool, and every Continuity Power Unlocked increases the size of the Aspirant's Focus Pool.

Description
Designate an Area in a Cone as a Killing Field, and take a Reaction shot against any enemy within that moves or attacks.
Fire a Shotgun at all Visible Targets. Shots Taken have an Aim Penalty.
Become a Conduit for the unearthly powers of The Void, and unleash them as a Cataclysmic Wave that inflicts Massive Psionic Damage and devastates all in its path.

Compatibility
This should be compatible with basically every mod that I'm aware of. This is however, a rather experimental mod, and may have occasional bugs. Feel free to report them in the comments section!

Credits

Send Attercob, the best spider-dad, a lot of love for having been the primary inspiration for this mod.

This Mod uses Animations and Modified versions of Animations from No More Psi Amps, so send a lot of love towards everyone who participated in making that mod.

Is it possible ARFM_Condition_AspirantWeapon is too aggressive? They also don't seem to be able to interact with crates.

The Aspirant doesn't seem to be able to be granted actions. Both Command and a granted overwatch have failed to apply to them.

Got an issue where I cant go into a sniper overwatch

is it by design that the class has no secondary weapon? I was thinking of giving them one to use PEXM psiamps, was wondering if you tested it out and found it super unbalanced or something.

Fortress Gunner seems bugged. I can't use it when I tried to use it, it said "Required value not met"

Interesting class. Imbue though is definitely going to create some op combo, especially for melee attacks. For example, I just killed a whole map of 60 enemies, including 3 sectopods, by using it on a stormrider, who generated one free kick for every free kill. In general, "Reaper without dimishing damage" on a tailored melee is often going to clear most of a map by itself.
If it is possible in the code, one way could be to limit the maximum number of AP gained.

@Lanford It is not required, and it will not. It only affects The Aspirant class.
