Hurtgen Forest

Beskrivning
~6.5km x 6.5km map of the Hurtgen Forest battle area, including:
- Vossenack
- Germeter
- Wittscheide
- Hurtgen
- Kommerscheidt
- Schmidt
- Mausbach
- Simonskall
- Parts of the Kall "River"

Approximately 710,000 objects.

The mod utilizes Spearhead assets and obviously will require the CDLC, but the compatibility mod pack should also work.

This map will still be worked on in the future with expansions to the size in order to include locations such as Kleinhau, Bergstein, and Hill 400. The River trail will likely also receive updates if and when the expansions take place.

SOG does have two type of cannons. Arty ones does not have a shield, but one from static turrets does have a shield on it.

Where'd you get the shielded Howitzer in the 6th screenshot? Been looking for some good large US Arty for WW2. I know SOGPF has an M101 105mm but I don't recall it having a shield on it

Totally understand! If I knew how to make terrains, I would volunteer my time but I have absolutely no clue where to start, and I wouldn't want to risk messing up such an amazing map.

I had plans to expand this map so it would include hill 400 but I dont really have the time to do so lately
