Forearm Longer Tape Detail (S) for Under Elbow Pads

Description
This is a custom edit part for Fire Pro Wrestling World. The regular version of this part sticks out a lot from under elbow pads, which looks bad for deathmatch wrestlers who tape up their whole arms and put pads over them. This can probably just replace the original part this is based on too.
