Report a translation problem
Most of the gear used in these screenshots are from the mod called "The Kuiper Engagements" made by Rogue, however that particular poncho is from the MGSR mod here!

Once I get home in a few days I'll listen the mods in the description.
The mod only adds an invisible head and uniform which can be found in the arsenal, as stated in the description however it's primary use is for screenshots where you can overlay multiple units over one another.
If that's what you mean, to achieve the effect you copy your posed unit, paste a new unit in the same location, find that unit in the left most tab in the EDEN editor and simply give them the uniform/head, mix and matching facewears, NVG's, Vests and Backpacks.
Other than that there is sadly no good way that I am aware of to achieve this kind of effect for gameplay. So for now this is primarily a screenshot tool.
