ICP Leman Russ Hit Point Patch

Description
Patch for Imperial Conquest Mod's Leman Russ Variants, fixing the turret & gun not having defined armorComponents, resulting in the turret & armor being immune to damage.

Sponson / Hull Turrets & Guns armorComponents also defined, as previously sponson / hull turrets were also not appearing to be taking damage.

Patch affects all leman russ variants from ICP, as well as any tanks that inherit:
