Tanksy's Structures

This mod tweaks Structure parts.
- Can now be placed in prohibited areas.
(Thruster exhaust areas)
- Lowered Steel cost.
(It's just a frame.)

Structures are a bare frame, with very specific uses outside of aesthetics. They don't block missiles or most projectiles, so allowing them to be placed in prohibited thruster exhaust areas doesn't outbalance them. Moreover, it lets you make cool looking thruster ports.

I also made them cheaper. It's just a frame, after-all.
