--The Main Description--

Greetings! I'm back with a new Pack, This time with more building Goodies! Introducing... Steventechno's BuildingPack! As of right now, the Content is somewhat Limited, as I am not sure of what all to add, but let's go over the features.

Roads! There are multiple sizes available, Turn Flatgrass into a City of awesome! Single Wide, Double wide and now Highway roads available!

There are 3 Apartments currently. Not alot but just these three could house enough players.

There are 2 clubs, Read in the Manual for more details.

There are 6 shops, PC shop, Gun Shop, Gas Stop\Store,Bank,Garage and Office..

There are 6 City Buildings. I'll get around to adding more later on

My Dumb ass pushed a minor update intended for the other pack to this one, which messed everything up. Thanks to the community, Everything should be resolved now and back to normal!

Small Update! Added larger empty lots, a new Parking Garage, and a couple extra skyscrapers. Spawnlist will be updated later.

November 05 14
NEW UPDATE! Includes Two new buildings thanks to Sgt. Shultz, and MOAR ROADS!!! Also Documentation has been updated somewhat.

November 06 14
ANOTHER UPDATE! Now has Road signs, All courtesy of Sgt. Shultz! Updated spawnlist made available in the guide for Download!

Update: Nov 9 @ 10:11pm
New empty Lots! There are three sizes, so there are now some empty lots for building the good old way. Never stop building! Next up: SkyScrapers. Don't forget to update your Spawnlist. New Easy Install method available! It's recommended over the old version for the amount of Time saved. I'll continue to update the Zip though. For now at least.

I pushed a broken update out to the wrong pack since both addons had the same thumbnail, so I chose this one by mistake. Thanks to community members (see change notes), I was able to restore it. Everything is back to normal now!

@Steventechno hey there! so as of recently something changed within this mod causing it to break. Everybody else I know who use this also reported issues. all the straight road pieces spawn sideways now meaning any they were used with track assembely is now sideways. also the dead-end road piece is missing textures suddenly. I know it doesnt recieve updates any more but could you make a patch fix at least?

the curves on this one are abit awkward one curve is short and then the other one is unreasonably long, hopefully the alternative (and updated) version fixes this weird issue

1_0roadsdwhwy_ramp_1 this 1 at number 8 side doesn't want to attach and i noticed that you fall slightly and hear grass but the rest work, quick fix will do it
