Better Ion beam scaling

Description
A simple mod that removes diminishing returns from Ion beam/prism scaling. That's it.

Also there is a bug with overclocked beams not growing but I think it's purely visual

so if you use this mod and put the ion beams into a loop the ion beams just start infinitely scaling and increasing in size until you have a man made star to shoot at something, completely erase it and nearly crash your game which is REALLY funny

When i click on Settings, it crashes.
