CharkNoRisk(N)_CharkFuRisk(Y) expressed exactly what I was thinking. With the PLA and SWAT already in place, adding the PAP doesn't make much sense, and it would be difficult to create a distinct identity for them.
There is currently no PAP right now but Sheep Village SWAT unit.
However, from a developer perspective, the problem of PAP is, that is a military-cop hybrid unit, with military grade weapons and police force equipment. And PLA sof and swat already feature those stuffs. If we have cop and solider, then what is the point to have a cop like solider when there is no further equipment/tools exclusive for them?
I split UKSF into SAS CRW 80 and UKSF 1982-2006, and am currently working on SAS CRW 80.
