Sukhoi Su-22M4

Adds the venerable Sukhoi Su-22M4, Soviet attack aircraft under CSAT\Air.

There are 3 basic paint variants: olive drab, patterned camo of the Polish Air Force and a desert variant.
There are also a number of marking available (serial numbers, roundels, logos) and mission makers can make their own
markings and use setObjectTexture to display them.

Changes in v1.1:
- fixed texture bug on unmarked version
- fixed rocket sounds muted by official patch
- added flight stick/pedal animations in the cockpit
- added Polish and desert textures and markings
- replaced bombs with new ones
